Due to the handmade and distinctively personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Because each item is made specifically to your order specifications, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
Transit damage: As stated in our Shipping Policy, we package items securely but cannot be held liable for damages occurring during transportation by third-party couriers. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon receipt with clear photos of the breakage and the packaging. Replacement for transit damage is determined at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.
Manufacturing defects or seller error: If the product is defective or if we have made an error in the personalization, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement.
Customer error
Please double-check all details (spellings, dates, etc.) before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free replacements in these instances, and a new product would need to be purchased.
