Production lead times

Because each item is handmade with care, we require a lead time of 1 to 5 business days to prepare your order for shipping. Delivery timelines (below) only begin once your order is ready and has been handed over to the courier.

Damages during transit

While we take every precaution to package your goods securely, we cannot be held liable for damages that occur during transportation once the parcel has left our premises. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide clear photographs of both the packaging and the item. Replacement of products damaged in transit will be determined at our sole discretion based on the information provided.
